Director of Anesthesiology

Your safety is our number one concern. Your anesthesiologist, Dr. Montoya, has over 25 years of experience. She has proven herself to take the very best care of our patients and she ensures maximum safety and comfort for every one of our patients. Our patients are extremely pleased that they wake up with minimal nausea and pain.
Surgical Technologist
Second Language: Spanish
Karla has been a medical assistant since 1994 and has been a surgical tech with ICRS since 2000. She coordinates all aspects of the OR and is involved in almost every procedure performed by Dr. Nguyen.
Aesthetic Nurse
Francine Oca is an aesthetic plastic surgery nurse dedicated to the overall beauty, health and well-being of her patients. With a remarkable medical background and intuitive artistic eye, she provides cutting-edge skincare treatments that yield spectacular, age-defying results-without surgery. She specializes in rejuvenating non-invasive treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments and chemical peels, and has treated thousands of satisfied patients throughout the United States and internationally over the past seven years.
Oca holds a double bachelor's degree in environmental science and biology from the University of California, Irvine, and an associate degree in nursing from Golden West College. She worked as an obstetric nurse for one year before crossing over into aesthetics. Adding to her repertoire of training, she has earned certificates in all the latest dermatologic techniques-from liquid thread lifts to laser treatments.
Most recently, Oca has teamed up with Dr. Thomas T. Nguyen, certified plastic surgeon and medical director, to provide premium care and service to patients of the Institute of Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery in Orange County.
Live Gorgeous
Oca was drawn to all things gorgeous from a young age. Her aunt was a professional make-up artist and Oca would often tag along, mesmerized, as her eager assistant. She began to develop a passion for making women everywhere feel beautiful-and today is living this dream in a radical way.
In addition to providing stellar treatments at a cost-effective price point, Oca takes a uniquely customized approach to skincare, transforming every treatment session into a custom-designed work of art. Skilled in meeting the full range of skin type, ethnicity and lifestyle needs, she mixes and matches technologies to bring out the natural beauty in each of her patients.
Oca's refreshing honesty also sets her apart. If patients request a service they simply don't need, Oca will refuse-and then guide them toward achieving the youngest, freshest, most vibrant appearance possible.
